Our en-suite rooms have full use of a spacious, guest-dedicated lounge with spectacular views

We have a two-night minimum stay of £270 or £280 (depending on your room choice) for two people including breakfast. A reduction of £15 per night for single use.

N.B. If you book with us via the system above, you will be requested to pay the deposit of the first night with your card to confirm your booking and will then receive an invoice for your stay via your email address. This will state that our preferred method of payment for the balance due is via BACS and the payment of the balance is required two weeks before your stay. If you book within the two week period before your stay, we require payment in full - thank you.

PRICES:
BLUE WILLOW - 2 people, 2 nights, £270, incl. breakfast, extra nights £135 for 2 incl. extensive breakfast and full use of guest dedicated lounge and private fridge

COTTAGE GARDEN - 2 people, 2 nights, £280, incl. breakfast extra nights £140 for 2 incl. extensive breakfast and full use of guest dedicated lounge and private fridge

For one person, £15 per night will be deducted
All prices include our extensive and delicious breakfasts.

PETS:
As our home is anti-allergy, we do not take pets, so sorry.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Check-in is from 4.00 - 6.00 pm
Check-out is by 10.30 am

HOUSEKEEPING DAILY:
Housekeeping takes place daily between 11.00 - 13.00 hours. If you wish to stay in your room during this period, please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on the door handle and housekeeping will not take place

If you wish your room to be cleaned, please ensure it is free during these hours, thank you.

USE OF INDIVIDUAL FRIDGE
An individual fridge per room is provided free of charge and is to be found in the entrance hall close to your rooms.
We provide crockery, cutlery and a dedicated microwave for your convenience and request £2.00 per room per day into the honesty box for the use of this service. Takeaways and use of own food and drink allowed in dining area and lounge, please not in the bedrooms. We request you place used crockery and cutlery on the tray provided - thank you
